Delete Account

How to delete your Snake Temple account and the data linked to it.

1. Delete from inside the app

Home → Settings → Delete account

Deletion cannot be undone. All gold, Snake Coins, skins, items and progress are lost and cannot be restored.

If you have lost your device or cannot install the app, send a request through the channel below.

Write Account deletion request in the subject or first line.
Include the email address of the linked social account so we can verify you. If you made a purchase as a guest, the order number on the purchase receipt can also identify the account.
A guest account that was never linked and never made a purchase cannot be identified outside the device, so it has to be deleted from inside the app. Such an account holds no name, email or other contact details, and cannot be accessed again once the app is removed.
Requests are completed within 30 days of receipt, after verification.

Send inquiries to this address. We review them on business days and reply by email.

The following is erased immediately, and the account can no longer be accessed from any device.

Linked Google account (Google account identifier and email address)
Sign-in token and session — erased from our server and from this device, and invalidated at once
The coin pusher board saved on this device

Retained	Why
Payment and receipt records	Kept for 5 years as required by law, and the sole basis for refund and double-grant disputes. Stored separately from account identifiers.
Gameplay records (currency, skins and progress held, currency ledger, battle and coin pusher records, sanction history)	Kept for 1 year with the Google account, email and anything else that identifies you removed, then destroyed. No one can sign in to or continue from these records; they serve only as evidence for fraud prevention and payment disputes.
Battle input records	Kept only for some battles for cheat review, and deleted automatically — immediately, or after 30 or 100 days depending on the review outcome.
Inquiries sent by email	Kept for 3 years as records of consumer complaints and disputes, as required by law, then destroyed.

Starting the game again after deletion creates a new account from scratch. Progress and purchases from the deleted account do not carry over.
