How to delete your Shadow Shuriken account and the data linked to it.
Lobby → Settings (⚙ 설정) → Close account (회원탈퇴) → Delete account (계정 삭제) — for a restricted account, Delete account (계정 삭제) on the 「이용이 제한됐어요」 screen
Deletion cannot be undone. All gold, gems (including purchased gems), remaining monthly pass days, characters and their stars, shards and progress are lost and cannot be restored.
If you have lost your device or cannot install the app, send a request through the channel below.
Send inquiries to this address. We review them on business days and reply by email.
The following is erased immediately, and the account can no longer be accessed from any device.

| Account number and dates | Only the account number (a random value issued by our server) and the dates it was created, deleted and cleared remain, with no time limit. They are kept because remaining payment and restriction records point to them; no name, email or anything else that identifies you remains. |

Starting the game again after deletion creates a new account from scratch. Progress and purchases from the deleted account do not carry over.
