Delete Account

How to delete your Drop the Coins account and the data linked to it.

1. Delete from inside the app

Settings → Delete account

Deletion cannot be undone. All currency, characters and progress are lost and cannot be restored.

If you have lost your device or cannot install the app, send a request through the channel below.

Write Account deletion request in the subject or first line.
Include your player ID (shown on the in-game settings screen) or the email address of the linked social account so we can verify you.
Requests are completed within 30 days of receipt, after verification.

Send inquiries to this address. We review them on business days and reply by email.

Retained	Why
Payment and receipt records	Retained under statutory obligations and as the sole basis for refund and double-grant disputes. Stored separately from account identifiers.
Inquiries submitted by the user	Only the anonymised body remains; the author link is severed.

Retention periods and their legal basis are set out in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

Starting the game again after deletion creates a new account from scratch. Progress and purchases from the deleted account do not carry over.
